High Altitude Special Events Management was founded in October 2013 by Steve Bingham-Hawk after ten successful years producing all manner of events in the Chicagoland area, including many of the most popular and best-known runs, walks and outdoor festivals. Our parent company, Special Events Management located in Chicago, Illinois is the largest full-service producer of events in the Midwest. In fact, each year more than 500,000 individuals participate in SEM-produced runs and walks while another 1.5 million visit our art, street and beer festivals.
